Lauren Tyler

LAUREN TYLER has been the Head of Human Resources at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. for the Asset & Wealth Management business since 2015. She is also responsible for the firmwide employees in India and the Philippines, including overseeing all aspects of Human Resources. Prior to that, Tyler was Global Chief Auditor for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. from 2012 to 2015. She was responsible for leading the Audit Department in developing and maintaining an efficient and effective program of internal auditing to enhance the Corporation’s capacity to manage risk. Tyler was also the Audit Committee Chairman of the JPMorgan Chase & Co. Foundation. From 2009 to 2012, she was the Head of Investor Relations and was responsible for the firm’s relationships with its investors as well as with the research analyst community. Tyler sits on the Alleghany Corporation Board of Directors, where she is a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. She is a member of the Yale Cancer Center Board of Advisors and is active in the Executive Leadership Council. Tyler holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard University. In 2011, Tyler was recognized as the Best Investor Relations Professional in the large-cap bank category by Institutional Investor magazine. Under her leadership, the Investor Relations team won numerous excellence awards, including the Investor Relations magazine Grand Prix for Best Overall Investor Relations among mega-cap companies and Best Corporate Governance in the financial sector. Tyler is an avid triathlete and traveler.
